Here is a comprehensive list of our terms and conditions at SoLo Suites. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us, we would be happy to clarify any issues you might have.

Cancellation/No Show Policy:

Once a reservation is confirmed, please notify us by telephone or email of any cancellation or modification of the booking at least 48 hours before the arrival of your booking. Failure to do so will result in a one night room charge applied to your credit card (at the current rate of the room you booked).


As a rough guide, the check-in time is 4:00 PM. Let us know your arrival time in case you require an earlier check-in. We will do our best to have your room ready.


As a rough guide, the check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you plan a later check-out kindly let us know your departure time, we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.


Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice prior to arrival, or if you do not arrive at the hotel on the day of check-in and request a refund. will be subject to one night stay plus taxes.

Damages to the property:

SoLo Suites reserves the right to charge the guest the cost of rectifying issues caused by deliberate, negligent or reckless acts that result in damage the hotel's property or structures. Should the damages be noticed directly after the guest's departure, SoLo Suites reserved the right to charge the guest's credit card. We will, however, make every effort to rectify the damages prior to any charges to the guest's credit cards.

Smoking permitted only in designated areas only:

Smoking in rooms will result in a $200 per penalty per incident charge. There are designated smoking areas which include the 6th floor roof top balcony and the main floor courtyard. Smoking includes tobacco, cannabis and vapour products. Please dispose of all butts in designated ashtrays.

Drinking of Alcoholic Beverages:

SoLo Suites reserves the rights to charge a guest $200 penalty for anyone found drinking in the public areas of hotel property. There is no drinking in stairwells, walkways, parking garages and in the courtyard or on the rooftop balcony.

Removal of Hotel Property:

SoLo Suites reserves the rights to charge the guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the property without justification. Should SoLo Suites notice that there is an item missing after the guest checks out, we reserve the right to charge the guest's credit card for the full replacement value of the item or items.


Please respect your neighbours. We have a quiet time from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.


SoLo Suites is a pet friendly hotel. If you have a pet, please pick up and dispose of all droppings in the garbage dumpster.

Office Hours:

Office hours are from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Monday to Friday. The Office is closed on all statutory holidays. Our cell phones are on 24 hours a day 7 days a week.


Parking at SoLo Suites is free! Two parking lots are available, one off Goldstream Ave and the second off Grainger. There are no assigned stalls, feel free to park wherever you like. All vehicles must be registered with the office. All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. SoLo Suites shall not assume responsibility or liability of any vehicle occupants, or contents while operated or parked on the hotel property. If a vehicle is left in the hotel parking lot after a guest has departed without written consent of the hotel, the hotel reserved the right to have the vehicle towed at the owners expense. There are to be no vehicle repairs on hotel premises.


Access to Wi-Fi is free for all registered guests. The hotel Wi-Fi access codes are subject to change without notice. Wi-Fi signals are subject to change without notice depending on our rooms location, the status of the Wi-Fi and interference from other Wi-Fi signals.

In Case of an Emergency:

Please notify the office, Suite 103 or call 250 882 7178. Emergency information can also be found in your room manual. Langford is a 911 serviced community.

Fire Safety:

The hotel is fully equipped with smoke detectors and fire safety information is located in your room manual and emergency procedures are posted on the door of each room. Please review this important information.

Lost and Found:

SoLo Suites assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen or damaged valuables or belongings. If you discover that you have left something behind of value to you, please call us immediately at 250 882 7178. We will try to assist you in locating your lost item.
