Reception Questions

As a rough guide, the check-in time is 4:00 PM. If you require an early check-in, please notify us as soon as possible, we will do our very best to have your room ready. Again, as a rough guide, the check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you require a later check-out, kindly let us know your required departure time, we’ll do our best to satisfy your request.

Yes, Suite 103 on Goldstream Avenue is our office and reception desk. However, as we do not offer a check-in service, the reception service hours are limited. The Reception Desk can be called at 1-833-301-7178 at any time of the day or night.

Yes, you can leave your luggage in the reception office. Your luggage is left at your own risk though the office will be secured when unattended. Keep in mind that we do have limited office hours.

Hotel Questions

SoLo Suites opened May 2018, so yes, we are still NEW.

There are 40 rooms at SoLo Suites. They vary in size and price.

Each room is equipped with either a kitchen or kitchenette so you can cook delicious meals right in your room. If you are needing a break from cooking, there are several great restaurants with in a 10 minute walk down Goldstream Ave. or a huge selection of restaurants within a 30 minute drive of SoLo Suites.

Sorry, there is no meeting or conference rooms at the hotel.

Parking is included as part of our room rates. The parking lot is spacious and open, not assigned to any room number. We have two lots: one off of Goldstream Ave and the second off of Grainger Ave.

Victoria International Airport is approximately 30 to 35 minutes by car from SoLo Suites.

Yes, there is an elevator that accesses all 6 floors.

Yes, pets are welcome. A daily pet fee applies. Please ensure you book one of our pet friendly rooms.

Sorry, SoLo Suites does not offer connecting rooms.

SoLo Suites does not offer a shuttle service, per say, but BC Transit offers bus service downtown which stops across the street and the bus service into Langford stops less than 1/2 a block away. Taxi service is easily accessible and if you are driving, parking is free and plentiful.

Room Questions

Our rooms vary in size and prices. Our most economical Studio Queen Suites. We also have one bedroom and two bedroom suites as well as pet friendly suites. All our rooms come equipped with full kitchens, washer and dryers, WiFi, air/conditioning and heating, and self-parking.

Smoking in individual rooms is not permitted. We do however have two designated outdoor smoking locations. One on the main floor courtyard, near the parking, and the second on the rooftop balcony on the sixth floor.

Yes, internet is available throughout the hotel. All rooms feature individual Wi-Fi connections.

Yes, we have one room designated on the main floor. This room features an entrance ramp, roll-in shower stall and more.

Yes, all SoLo Suites have a bathroom with a tub and a shower, with the exception of our wheelchair accessible suite where we have a roll-in shower only.

Reservation Questions

Booking direct is the best and least expensive way to book your accommodation at SoLo Suites.

As soon as you have your trip planned! We sometimes have last minute availability, but booking early ensures you get the room you need.

Yes, we use a secure SSL certificate to encrypt all information, so all bookings made on our site are secured by a third party.

Yes, children stay free at SoLo Suites.

Payment is due at time of booking for short term stays. Longer term stays or corporate bookings please contact us and ask to speak with management.

Yes, we accept, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. A credit card is required to secure your booking. Please note we are unable to accept cash or debit cards.

Yes, we offer CAA/AAA and Government rates. If you qualify for these rates, please contact us directly and we will be happy to assist with your reservation.

Yes, we offer discounted weekly and monthly rates - please contact us for more information.

If you have to cancel your reservation, don't worry, we can help you do that with ease. If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your arrival, we will require one night of your stay to be non-refundable but you can cancel your reservation right up to the last minute.

Credit cards are required for all stays. Sorry, we are unable to accept cash payments.
